The P³ Holding certificate was issued by Dresdner Bank AG (now owned by Commerzbank AG) in 2000, and is coupled to the development of the private equity portfolio managed by P³ Holding. The certificate enables investors to participate in the return potential of the private equity market. By virtue of its structure, the P³ Holding certificate overcomes the typical hurdles associated with investing in private equity, i.e. high minimum investment amounts, difficulty accessing the best private equity partnerships and lack of liquidity, and enables private investors to participate in this attractive asset class. Since February 2003, the P³ Holding certificate has been listed on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange and can be traded daily.
